At 2 Brothers Muay Thai, students of all levels and experience are welcome, from beginners to advanced fighters. The gym offers a range of classes and training programs designed to cater to all levels and goals. Whether you're looking to get fit, learn self-defense, or compete at a high level, the gym has something to offer.

The trainers at 2 Brothers Muay Thai are professional and knowledgeable, with a wealth of experience both in and out of the ring. They offer personalised training and guidance to help each student reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point.

In addition to Muay Thai training, the gym also offers strength and conditioning classes to help members build strength, endurance and overall fitness. The gym is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including two boxing rings, heavy bags, speed bags, and other training equipment.

Our Gym

Stand Your Ground 

At Two Brothers Muay Thai gym, we provide a state of the art and fully equipped training environment. Our gym is fitted with indoor heating for your comfort during the colder months and we also provide clean and convenient toilet facilities.

When you arrive, you'll be required to remove your shoes before stepping onto the mats. You'll find shoe racks available to keep your footwear organized and out of the way during your training session.

 

Whether attending an open-mat or a coached class, we provide access to high quality pads, weights such as kettlebells and medicine balls to help build explosive power, and a Concept2 SkiErg to develop strength and endurance.

 

In addition, we have several hanging bags for you to practice your form, striking techniques, as well as two boxing rings for sparring, drills and hosting inter-club competitons.
